TERMS OF SERVICE

THERE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORK, PLEASE READ TO FOLLOW WITH THE COMMISSION

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I have the right to decline your commission.

- IMPORTANT /

- This payment is to start working (work will begin once 100% of the work has been paid).

- No refunds are made. However, offsets are made that can range from chibis to a full color illustration

- If you wish, you can cancel the commission if you have not made the payment.

- There is no refund rate after the commission is over.

-All drawings have a small watermark, no exceptions (a place will be found where it is least visually disturbing)

-All the work done will go to my portfolio. However, I will consult you if you want me to upload them to my social networks.

- SKETCHES /

After receiving the payment. There is a period of 3 business days to receive 2 sketches (Chile time). I will notify the delivery day once the sketch is chosen and corrected.

For this I ask that I give all the references of the characters that I consider pertinent to work and elaborate the characters. Please be as specific as possible.

The commissioner may ask for the artist to make alterations. However, changes such as completely different poses, characters, outfits, etc. is not allowed if I have already started working on the piece.

Some may be:

~ Character Personality
~ Clothing
~ Age
~ Pose / Background. This way you have some idea of the pose you would like (if not, no problem, thanks to the references I can suggest some poses).

- PRICES/

- Prices are per individual character, will be counted individually depending on the level of detail and complexity of the design per character.
- 2nd character at 50%
- If the character design (clothing), mascot, weapon and the background (perspective, details) is very detailed, it will count as an extra and therefore increases the final value.
- If you want me to make a custom character, 30% will be added to the total. (This also applies to the extra character,which already includes an additional price)

- JOB/

Only 6 changes per job
Screenshots of work progress will be sent.
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 4 months depending on many factors such as:

Health, order of commission, complexity or family issues.

If any of the things stated above occurs, you will be notified ASAP.

As soon as the sketches are turned in, consider your work done

*(in the case of chibis, it is usually one week or less, and in the case of emoticons, they are usually ready the same day of the order).

* This may vary depending on the amount of slots that has been occupied, please take this into account. If there is a delay greater than 2 weeks, a compensation will be made.

- CANVAS SIZE/

-The work has a size of:

~ 112 x 112 px for emoticons
~ 2,500 x 2,500 px (chibis and full bust),
~ A5 (sketch and half full body, for the latter it varies if according to work)
~ A4 (full body and full background + full character)

If you need a specific size just let me know. If the custom size exceeds A4 (21 x 29.7 cms) it will be charged as an extra.

Finally, 2 files will be delivered: jpg, and png. to your email (provided above) upon completion. A video file with the work process is also included (without sound) an HD resolution

This is why your email is important. The files can be sent to your Paypal email or another that you deem convenient.

-CUSTOMER SATISFACTION /

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.

However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.

Any great changes will come with an extra charge.

Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.

- COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY /

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

Promote myself within any place or website.

Publish books with using the piece.

To display or post it where I like.

The commissioner is allowed to:

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.

With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.

Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE

- CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY /

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.

If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

You will forbidden to ever commission me, Fuwofumi, ever again.

Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.

I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
